Is there a setup fee?
For the current Casambi monitoring offer, the pricing is based on the number of monitored luminaires and annual billing. Any additional configuration or system change work can be agreed separately.
Is customer support included?
Basic customer support is included.
Additional system changes, custom configuration or extended support can be agreed separately.
Can I use LumenGuard outside Finland?
Yes. LumenGuard is available internationally.
International customers are currently billed in advance by invoice.
Can I pay by card?
Not yet. Card payment is planned, but current international orders are handled by advance invoice.
Does LumenGuard support DALI or KNX?
Casambi and DALI are supported now. KNX support is coming soon.
Sign up first, activation with support
You can create your LumenGuard account online. After sign-up, activating a lighting network requires the correct lighting system credentials and configuration. LumenGuard supports the setup process so your first network can be brought online correctly. A Casambi Cloud gateway is required on site; you can purchase one during sign-up if you don't have it yet.
